It's Time to Start Thinking About the Welshampton Panto 2023!

(Ohhhhhh yes, it IS!)

Welshampton Bonfire Committee extends a warm welcome to anyone wanting to get involved in our uniquely turbo-charged community production this winter. Have you ever watched our previous panto triumphs and felt a secret yearning to take on a role, make costumes or build one of the incredible props? Or are you new to the area and looking for friendship, laughter and a pinch of magic throughout the winter months…

Well, here’s your chance! Pop down to the parish hall on Sunday 27 November at 2pm and join us for an afternoon read-through of the script or to find out how you can join in. All ages welcome, including children accompanied by an adult.

Rehearsals start in December for ’Time Trekkers, an original pantomime by Shaun Higgins. Following up on ‘Time Warped,’ prepare for plentiful time travelling around ancient Greece, the Great Wall of China, 1990s London, Arabian markets and more. Will the evil Ratzlinger settle her score with our heroes Romulus and Calliope? Or can Gwinny Vere and the Knights of the Octagonal Table outwit the vile villain with the help of their friends? Only time will tell…

Interested? Email director Ian Andrew for more information or to offer a helping hand with the show.

And look out for the ticket release early in 2023. Performance dates are March 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Keep an eye on our website www.welshampton.org.uk and our Facebook page Welshampton Bonfire Committee Presents for further updates.
